Baking is in my blood - both my grandfathers had bakeries. I used to love to bake for my nieces and nephews when they were in college and now love to bake for their children. In the past few years my baking has changed to what I call "allergy friendly". That's because a few of my great-nephews have food allergies. So no nuts, wheat, dairy or eggs. I have come a long way in my allergy friendly baking but wish more people were aware of this. Cakes, cookies and even donuts can taste great without wheat, eggs, dairy or nuts.
So won't you help me raise awareness for Kids with Food Allergies? I really appreciate your help!
