Hello! This is Anthony Cross and May is Asthma and Allergy awareness month! I am kicking off my fundraiser for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.

Many of you know my story – but for those that don’t…I am 12 years old and have battled 5 severe food allergies and asthma since I was a baby. I am doing better now due to research, scientific advancements, and access to necessary medications.

This fundraiser is important to me for 2 main reasons this year:

1. To make sure families and kids like me have access to emergency and quick relief medications.

2. To encourage transparent food labeling from restaurants – so we can eat safely.

I am almost 13, and I want to feel safe eating with my friends at a restaurant, especially when my parents are not with me. We have work to do because 20 million people live with Food Allergies in the US and 27 million people have Asthma. Join me in making sure they are safe by having access to medications and transparent food labeling!
